Flow of events on that day:
3pm to 3.30pm – shooting members will be given a short briefing and set up the range
3.30pm to 5.30pm – participants start arriving
Registration  Queue up and short briefing  Shoot
5.30pm to 6.30 – cleaning up

for participants to identify the shooting members)
